NVQ Academy works with Organisations to establish a system that streamlines the qualification process by using naturally occurring Performance Evidence and utilises in-house training for Knowledge evidence.
Assessment Models
In-House Work-Based Assessment
We train (and if necessary Qualify with the TAQA Assessor Award) an appropriate senior member within the Organisation to act as an in-house Assessor.
External Independent Assessment
We also have access to Assessor/s that have previously been trained and qualified by us whilst working in the Care Sector - and are now freelance.
The external assessment option can be used either temporarily or permanently as required.
NVQ Academy specialises in the following Qualifications throughout England:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
- Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma Leadership for HSC and CYP Services
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
- Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement*
